5, 2007 Ransomville, NY : Chuck Hossfeld is preparing to once again head down to the New Smyrna Speedway for the 41st Annual World Series of Racing. This will be Hossfeld's 4th straight year racing in the World Series. Last year, Hossfeld won the opening event and went on to finish 2nd in points driving the #22 Chuck Hossfeld Inc modified. This year, Chuck will be piloting the #79 Hillbilly Racing modified. Hossfeld has been racing the #79 modified since the beginning of the 2006 season and is looking forward to getting back behind the wheel. The racing will begin on February 9, 2007 and there will be an event February 10th. The modifieds are off on February 11th but will return February 12th. Chuck will be racing in the final events until February 17th which include a 50 lap race on the 14th and the Richie Evans Memorial 100 on the 16th.
